1.Deposits and Bookings
No contract shall exist between the client and Mercury Ski
until a fully completed booking form and and an appropriate
deposit has been received. Telephone bookings will be held
for 5 working days pending the receipt of the appropriate
deposit. The deposit is £200 per person. |
2. The Booking Form
Any person signing the booking form on behalf of others guarantees payment of the full cost of the holidays of all those mentioned on the form and of any others he may add later.

3. Prices
The prices stated for the chalet includes bed, breakfast,
dinner and drinks as described. Not included is travel, insurance,
ski passes and equipment hire. |
4.
Payment of Balance
Payment of the balance due must be made no later than 8 weeks
before the departure date. If booking within 8 weeks of the
holiday the total cost is immediately payable. Mercury Ski
reserves the right to cancel the holiday arrangements, without
any obligation to refund, where the client fails to make payments
as stipulated. |
5. Price Guarantee
There will be no surcharges levied once the full payment of your holiday has been received. There will be no currency surcharges even if the value of sterling falls.

6.Cancellation by Mercury Ski
In the unlikely event of Mercury Ski canceling your holiday,
the client will be entitled to a full refund. |
7.Cancellation by the Client
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing (email,
fax or post). Cancellation charges will be levied from the
date written notification is received and be determined according
to the period by which cancellation precedes departure.

8. Travel
Mercury Ski cannot accept any responsibility for clients missing
aircraft due to late arrival of connecting aircraft or late
check-in at the airport, this includes transfers for which we are responsible. Clients are responsible for the provision
of all necessary valid documents. |
9. Services Provided by Third Parties
Bookings for extra services, such as ski lessons, made on
your behalf by our employees are subject to the terms and
conditions laid down by the service provider. Mercury Ski
does not warrant the standard or performance of any extra
services. |

10. Whole chalet bookings
Where a complete chalet is booked the whole chalet must be occupied or the empty bed charge paid for empty beds. If part of the group cancels the full price for the whole chalet must be paid less the appropriate empty bed discount. |
11. Other Groups
Mercury Ski reserves the right to have additional guests staying
in the chalet unless the whole chalet is booked. |
12. Behaviour
The client must undertake to behave in such a manner as not
to disrupt the enjoyment of other guests staying in the chalet
or prejudice the reputation of Mercury Ski with local residents.
All damages and breakages will be charged to the client and
must be paid for before departure from the chalet. |
13. Accuracy
Mercury Ski cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy
of the information contained on this web site. We have attempted
to supply up to date information, however we cannot guarantee
that the the details (especially from third parties) are fully
accurate and complete. |
14. Jurisdiction
These conditions and any contract to which they apply are governed in all respects by English law. |
