La Tania is picturesquely located amongst a pine forest and is a true ski from the door resort, offering something to everyone from first time skiers to experienced pros. It is superbly positioned between Meribel and Courchevel to provide you with undoubtedly the best value base from which to explore "le plus grande domain skiable du monde".

A short gondola and chair lift will take you to Col De La Loze at 2274m, from there you can ski directly to Courchevel 1850 or Meribel . Newly installed snow cannons ensure that the resort runs remain in good condition right through to the end of the season.

The  nursery slope in front of the village has a free lift, so total beginners needn't buy a lift pass until they're ready to move on to one of the 101 beginner runs that stretch across the resort, including some ideal slopes for learning on in Courchevel.

The intermediate skier is spoilt for choice with 146 intermediate runs. The resort has one of the most efficient lift systems in the world allows you to burn up km after km of unbeatable terrain, including some terrific long runs down into Le Praz, St.Martin de Belleville and Maurienne.

Experts will also find plenty of entertainment testing themselves on some of the steep mogul fields, tree lined powder fields and narrow couloirs abundant across the entire 3 valleys area.
